At our facility you can participate not only in traditional Calabrian cooking classes but also in amateur bakery workshops, for the preparation of pizza in a pan, typical sweets and related to festivities à, as well as special events with special cuisines and dishes and a focus on vegetarian, vegan and raw food recipes and styles. Contact us to find out about the upcoming dates of group courses or to request a personalized single lesson.
Home Restaurant and sharing kitchen
During your stay you are able to use the kitchen, after reserving it, or join the family table and try the many specialties, not only typical Calabrian, prepared by Eleonora, the Innkeeper of Casa Canale. You can agree on the menu or rely on our choice, after informing us of your preferences and any intolerances and allergies.
We remind you that we can meet your eating style by offering you vegetarian, vegan, gluten and lactose free dishes.
Personalized services
We have decided to offer our guests a series of alternative and customizable services thanks to collaborations with professional friends: from psychological counseling to brief therapy, to nature walks, to wine and typical product tastings, to walks in the city and trips out of town to introduce you to our territory with its history and its peculiarities. And if you have particular needs, do not hesitate to tell us about it ... we will try to fulfill them!
Spaces for events
You will be able to participate in concerts in the house, seminars, courses and workshops, family constellations and meditations, theatrical readings and book presentations. By subscribing to the newsletter you will not miss any appointment! The House has several spaces that can also be rented for private events (parties, dinners, ...) or open to the public, as well as for corporate meetings and coworking. Remember that we can also provide for your buffet or coffee break.
Conventions and offers
At check-in you will be issued our card which will allow you to take advantage of the discounts offered by our commercial partners during the period of your stay. You can also request the fidelity card (valid for 1 year) which allows you to have, upon reaching the
set threshold, the tenth free night. Our structure is LGBTQI+ and by showing the ArciGay card you will be entitled to a 10% discount on our rates.
